[ABOUT ME]

Hello gamers! I am Danielle Lian Aguila, a 19-year old college student currently taking Bachelor of Multimedia Arts. I created this blog mainly to share my experiences while playing around with lots of different games. And I for one, have a lot of things that I’d like to impart to people, this is because they mostly see me as an artist, a person who likes drawing, painting and such, but in reality I am actually a lot of things! Although it is true that I love doing arts, creating digital content, sharing them with friends and all that.
In this blog, I would like to share my experiences regarding the games that I have played before, so that everyone can have an idea on what games will be fun to try every now and then. In addition to that, I will be posting some popular and recommended genres, so that you guys can try those and be updated on the games that are trendy to play right now. Hope you guys enjoy your stay here at Gamer’s Hub. Gg! (Good game) guys. Have a nice day.

"GAMER’S HUB – LET’S HAVE SOME FUN!"
Have you ever wondered what to play next after getting bored at the current game you are playing? Like slowly getting that feeling in your mind that you want to try a new game because of boredom? You are not alone. There are thousands of online and offline games that can be played through the use of mobile phones, tablets, laptops and other gadgets that you might have. Although the real problem is, choosing the right type of game in order for you to enjoy your time and be entertained at the moment you need to be.
I’ve had my fair share of feeling the need to try on new games that I haven’t seen and played before, like when you start to believe that the current game you are playing is not that fun and exciting anymore, or you’ll think “This game is getting boring.” In result, you will just go ahead and search the App Store or Play Store, maybe even scroll down for new and updated games in the browser. This is really fun to do, especially if you have lots of free time! Gamers around the world know of this feeling, I think everyone has at some point.

MCL CUP SPORTS RALLY: "MOBILE LEGENDS & LEAGUE OF LEGENDS"
In Malayan Colleges Laguna, there is an annual sports event that is attended by many different schools in order for them to compete with one another, have fun, and display excellent sportsmanship. Most of the games are actual sports games like basketball, table tennis, chess and different kinds of dance like hip hop, street, and cheer dance.
Although all of the above mentioned games are played physically, there are actually two online games that are present in the MCL Cup, but is not included the official schedule. These games are Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MLBB) and League of Legends (LOL). These two are widely popular online games that are known for their unique character sets, graphic animation and overall style of gameplay. Both of these games are RPGs (Role Playing Games) which is one of the most popular genres that are being played right now.

To be honest, I play these games whenever I get the chance, it is enjoyable to play especially when you and your friends are in the same team fighting enemies and winning altogether. I highly recommend Mobile Legends if you guys often play in your mobile devices.
It can also be installed in the PC, but I recommend playing it in your phones because it is easier to navigate in my opinion. Meanwhile, League of Legends is specifically played in computers/laptops as it is designed to do so.
Although in the near future, Riot Games (the game developer of League of Legends) announced that they will soon release a new game that is actually a mobile version of League of Legends! Fans of LOL are excited to have this game by the start of 2020. This game will surely pop out in the early release and hopefully will stay that way in the long run. As for me, I will be trying this game as soon as it’s out. And I just want to tell you guys, you have to try these games once in your life. It’s fun to play with friends, and it will surely serve as a fun experience for all. Peace out!

"HOLIDAY FUN DAY – LET THE GAMES BEGIN!"
Hey there gamers! I hope you’re all doing well this holiday season. Do you already have a plan to go somewhere and have fun with your family? Or maybe with friends? It is truly wonderful to spend some quality time with the people you love and care about, especially when it’s a special occasion like Christmas and New Year. But an awesome holiday wouldn’t be complete without planning on what games to play these upcoming and exciting days! Be it naughty or nice, everyone loves a good party game — especially during Christmas. So here I’ll be introducing some of the games I’d like to play with my family in the holiday seasons.
First one is Christmas Charades! If you’ve seen Frozen 2 in cinemas then this game won’t be hard for you to know about. The
instructions of the game will be printing out the list of terms to act out. Separate everyone into teams, then get one person from each to do the acting. Like regular charades, the actors are not allowed to talk or make signals of any letters. Every time a team guesses correctly within the time limit, they get one point. The first team to get twenty points wins the game. This game is very fun to play, especially when you have that one exaggerated friend that does funny poses every
five seconds.
Moving on to another game which is also popular in
the holidays would be Christmas Limbo. This game will test the players’
flexibility and endurance at all times, so if you want to see someone in
your family do an embarrassing flip flop on the floor, then this game is
the right one for you. The instructions are simple and easy to follow, just
place a limbo stick at a starting height; then next, line up the participants.
One by one try to limbo underneath until everyone has tried. Slightly
lower the stick and have those who made it through go again.
Continually lower the stick until one winner remains!
The last game that I’d like to share is fun and also memorable, I believe everyone has already tried this since their pre-school days but alas, I’ll still say it. Christmas exchange gifts. There is nothing like a group of family and friends just getting up and about, buying presents for each other and having fun while opening them. These moments are very precious for me, and I believe everyone thinks the this same. The holidays wouldn’t be complete without having tradition. That is why I suggest you guys to do this with your ones, because even though it’s a simple game, it still holds memories that will always be with each and every one of us even when we have to part with each other.
Well, that is all that I want to share with you guys this holiday season. I hope you have fun and also make a difference if you haven’t tried playing these games. Maybe even surprise your family with these simple yet fun ideas. Let us all do something great for our families and furthermore enjoy the time we have with them this holiday season. Peace out! Happy thanksgiving everyone!

[Gamer's Hub: Featuring "The Passionate Gamer"]

Sooo, you guys must be wondering who our special guest is and why Gamer's Hub decided to feature him for today's particular blog post. Well, let's just say he's someone we, as players can relate to. This guy can play for 6 - hours straight without even batting an eye and stopping to rest, yet he still comes out as a healthy human being.
He's a close friend of mine and as time passes by, I noticed that his knowledge of games has grown significantly well. In addition, this person not only knows about playing online, offline and recreational games, but also does IT related stuff while caring for his playmates. A "passionate gamer" indeed. That is why I decided to feature him for this blog post; for him to share some of his tips and knowledge about recent gaming trends, as well as taking care of ones body while gaming for usually long hours.

[Q & A with "The Passionate Gamer"]

DANIELLE: What’s up guys! My name is Danny and for today, Gamer’s Hub is having a featured guest! He is the so-called passionate gamer and I’ll be asking him some
exciting questions about the kind of games that are booming and fun to play this 2020. So without further ado, here is Jericho Cabato!
DANIELLE: Yaaas, thank you so much for your time today and don’t worry, I’m sure you can answer these questions easily.
DANIELLE: Oh, before we go into the interview questions, I would like to ask why people started calling you “The Passionate Gamer”?
DANIELLE: Wow, that’s very kind of you.
DANIELLE: I sure have. Okay, first one on the list of questions is. What type of game genres do you prefer playing right now?
DANIELLE: Woah! Same, I like to play those kind of games especially when I have friends available to play with. Now for the next question. What are some trending games you know as of now?
DANIELLE: Wow! Those are some popular MOBA and RPG games. Do you mostly prefer to play online, offline or physical (recreational games)? And why?
DANIELLE: Nice, it’s actually the same for me. Playing games is a good way to entertain feeling bored or maybe just stressed. And so, for the final question. Can you share some tips for gamers to keep themselves healthy after long hours of gaming?
DANIELLE: Very true. I’ll take note of that as well.
DANIELLE: That’s true. And sooo, that was the last question for our today’s featured guest! Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts about gaming Jericho, and I hope we can play some MOBA and RPG games in the future. Haha!
DANIELLE: Thank you so much for your time and goodluck on your school requirements! I’ll also be signing off. Peace out!
JERICHO: Hello and good afternoon fellow players! I’m Jericho, and I’m excited for the questions you guys have for me, I hope I can answer them well.
JERICHO: Haha! Thanks for saying that. I’m ready to answer so, ask away Danny.
JERICHO: Oh, about that. I believe it’s because they think I’m kind and caring even though I’m playing online games which are high in toxicity rates because of some cancer players in the server. And I try to take care of my fellow gamers as well, when they take gaming way too seriously and don’t actually rest their bodies.
JERICHO: Thanks! Although it’s already a given that people should help each other in times of need. Any other interesting questions? :D
JERICHO: Hmm, for now I like to play MOBA and RPG games.
JERICHO: League of Legends, Dota 2, Mobile Legends, Epic 7, Arena of Valor, ROS, PUBG, King's Raid, Black Desert Online, and etc.
JERICHO: All of them. Because it's fun and it kills boredom.
JERICHO: Hmm, for that, you need to drink lots of water and rest for a good while before playing another round of hours, so that your body can relieve the strain.
JERICHO: Yup, it’s very important to rest, players disregard this although it’s absolutely relevant for their well-being. When I try and tell some of my fellow playmates to rest, they say I’m a caring person for making them remember about their health when it’s actually a must do when gaming for long hours.
JERICHO Haha! Yeah let’s do that! And also, thank you as well for having me. If that’s all for the questions, then I guess it’s time for me to bail. I still have to do some school requirements, oof. Jericho signing off.

[Introduction to Digital Inequality]
Digital inequality is an important matter to discuss in order for people to attain fair distribution of information regardless of matters like financial and educational status. In this video, we will share a brief knowledge on how digital divide works and how it may be solved.
